The Hitmaker Lasse Holm's 80th Birthday Party

What a surprise party it was for dear Lasse Holm – 2×40 years! It was a great honor for us to be part of the grand musical show at Knistad Manor. After nearly half a year of secret preparations, it became an evening we will not soon forget.

Big sister Emelie put together a magical schlager medley that we performed. Since we know Lasse loves opera and classical music, we also sang some specially selected opera gems and classical pieces for cello and piano. There were a number of fantastic artists there to honor Lasse – it became an evening of schlager hits, gospel, and classical music.

We feel a deep admiration for Lasse's enormous knowledge and musical treasure trove (over 800 songs!). There are few songwriters with his breadth, experience, and significance for Swedish music.
